In-House Marketing vs. Agency: Part 2

In-House Marketing vs. Agency: Part 2

Welcome back to our series on agencies vs. in-house marketing departments. Previously, we examined why partnering with an agency is more cost-effective. Now, let’s take a look at how an agency enables you to focus on running—and growing—your business.

#2: Hiring an agency means less time managing and more time expanding.

On-boarding, training, managing—an in-house marketing department not only costs a lot of money, it costs a lot of time as well. When you hire an agency, you get an experienced team that’s ready to hit the ground for you from day one.

Working with an agency is a completely different relationship from managing an internal team. You don’t have to spend hours each week meeting with various marketing personnel, managing the status of every project, figuring out who’s on vacation next week—that’s the agency’s job.

At Creative Spot, we believe that our time is best spent on what we do best: strategic marketing and advertising. And by providing that to you, you can spend your time on what you do best: growing your business.

In the final part of this series, we’ll explore why the booming job market may not be such a boon for employers.
